Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Denad Labs LLC handles information when you use Civlso.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide, such as name and email.
  • Usage data, such as which problems you attempt and your scores, used to power your progress and weak-area features.
  • Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, personalize your practice, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with our infrastructure and database providers, and payments are processed by a third-party provider. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your progress and preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors needed to run the Service, or where required by law.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data, or to export it in a portable format, by contacting help@denadlabs.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we've collected about them, request deletion of it, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Civlso does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland

Under GDPR and the UK GDPR, we process your data on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (such as keeping the Service secure and understanding aggregate usage), and your consent where we ask for it separately. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Your data is processed and stored in the United States; by using the Service, you understand your data will be transferred there. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
