Refund & Cancellation Policy

Recurring subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Pro plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

One-time access purchases

Semester Pass and Founder purchases may be eligible for a refund within a limited window after purchase if the account has not made substantial use of paid features. Contact help@denadlabs.com to request one.

Usage-credit purchases

Optional usage-credit packs are one-time digital purchases. If a credit purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related credit grant is placed into reversal review before the account balance is adjusted. This avoids creating an automatic negative credit balance when some credits may already have been used. We may remove remaining purchased credits associated with a reversed payment and may pause further credit purchases while an already-used portion is reviewed. This does not remove completed learning work.

How to cancel

Open Settings, find the Subscription section, and choose Cancel subscription. You will see the date your access continues through.
