Refund & Cancellation Policy

Recurring subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Pro plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

Founder (one-time) purchases

Semester Pass and Founder purchases may be eligible for a refund within a limited window after purchase if the account has not made substantial use of paid features. Contact help@denadlabs.com to request one.

How to cancel

Open Settings, find the Subscription section, and choose Cancel subscription. You will see the date your access continues through.
